Ohh come on be glad it wasn't a hornet or those killer bees, everyone gets stung sooner or later, and be glad you are not allergic, or you would not be in any condition to shout about it.
Ohhh you poor thing. I'm so glad I've made it this far with out so much as a bee sting. Must be cause you are sweet. ya need to be rotten like me lol and they'll leave you alone
I agree, someone needs to work out how to wipe out these things and they need to go.
I realize I'm lucky not to be alurgic.
I've relativies who are, but I also have a very high pain tolorence level, so for me to actually complain bout getting stung by anything, it hurts very much.
I don't think I'd have been so pissed off if I were only stung once, but oh well.
And wiping them out would leave a huge hole in a fragile eco system already under threat..what is it with people, and their problem with nature..
I hate wasps. I hate all these stinging insects except bees. Wasps, moskitos ... I really hate them and I get panicked if I hear one. I realyl do. I mean I don#t hit around me but I sually check is someone's around to chase it away, mostly I start breathing heavily and am afraid. I know it's ridiculous but it's true.
You are in danger of developing a phobia the worst time to be around wasps ect in Scotland, is right now, at the begining of autumn. They are dying off and looking for something to sting, you have to careful..I was stung this summer but it was not a disaster.
Ines, I feel your pain... I have a total and utter phobia of wasps, bees, gnats, even flies. I don't think I used to be scared of them when I was really young, but now, I can't tollerate the noise, the thought of anything landing on me makes me cringe, if something does land on me, or crawl on me, I have to go and wash where ever it was, not obsessively so, but never the less it's very dibilitating. Many people think that this is ridiculous, but if anyone out there reckons I enjoy living like this, they've got another think coming.
hmmm. I've been stung countless times. Maybe it's just a result of my stupidity. I've stepped on them, sat on them, thought a bee hive was a pine cone (I was only four) and best of all, when I was little, hornets decided it was a good idea to make a nest in my bedroom. Need I say more?
I know, Goblin, it might be a phobia already, but what can i do. I'm just that way because i heard so many horrible stories about it.
